How does coaching with Mind-Design work?

Coaching will challenge you to change long-held, negative beliefs that have been preventing you from moving forward or making changes in your life.

Coaching is a confidential, non-judgmental relationship built on trust and respect. Coaching is not therapy and is not about dealing with significant emotional issues from your past. It is future-focused, action-oriented and focused on taking you and your life to the next level.

Once you start coaching with Mind Design, we’ll email you documents to fill in and return prior to your first paid session. You’ll need to sign a contract and accept the terms and conditions of coaching with Fiona.

Fiona coaches via Skype, phone or Facetime, whatever works for you. There are times when we may meet face to face, too (if time and venue is suitable).

Your coaching session is all about YOU. it’s a time to focus on yourself and start to make the changes in your life that will ensure you are living your best life possible.
