How Does It Work?

Coaching is a confidential, non-judgmental relationship built on trust and respect. Coaching is not therapy and is not about dealing with significant emotional issues from your past. It is future focussed, action oriented and focused on taking you and your life to the next level.

Coaching can of course help you and challenge you to change long held, negative beliefs that have been preventing you from moving forward or making changes in your life. We do this through the use of Neuro Linguistic Programing techniques.

All clients are offered a FREE initial ‘discovery’ session. In this session you will get a feel for the coach as well as establish your priority focus and goals.

Once you decide to start coaching with Mind Design Coaching we will email you some documents that you will need to fill in and return prior to your first paid session. You will also need to sign a contract and accept the terms and conditions of coaching with Mind Design Coaching (see here).

We coach via skype, phone or facetime, whatever works for you. There are times when we may meet face to face too (if time and venue is suitable).

From time to time we use various coaching tools to elicit specific information from you. We will discuss the appropriateness of these with you.

Your coaching session is all about YOU, it’s a time to focus on yourself and start to make the changes in your life that will ensure you are living your best life possible.
