“I am passionate about supporting women to break the cycle of inequality in relationships, family and work life. I inspire women to start putting our needs first – prioritising self-care, standing in our own power and living our best lives imaginable. My speaking and writing celebrates women’s successes, and motivates and uplifts women to see and reach their full potential.”
“I am an accredited Adventures in Wisdom Life Coach for kids. I am passionate about children, and my workshops help to build kids’ resilience, self confidence and empowerment. Kids will develop powerful mindset skills through my use of coaching stories and fun activities. There are coaches across 30+ countries using Adventures in Wisdom to bring life coaching to kids!
“I specialise in working with women, particularly before, during or after major life transitions. Mind-Design Coaching is leading the way for women going through life transition by building a community of #WarriorWomen, a tribe of women who support and uplift each other to achieve our dreams together and live our best lives.”
So I have been tossing up what to write about for my first Mind Design Coaching blog and there are so many things I could start with…… I could tell you all about coaching and what it is and how it can benefit your life.
When I first heard the term ‘Life Coaching’ several years ago, I have to say I thought ‘yeah right! Someone who has got life all worked out is going to tell me how to work it all out – who are these people??????’ A little
So many things in life bring about major life change but nothing quite like becoming a mum! We know there will be pain (so much pain), we know our lives will be forever changed, and we know we will have to give up sleep for
“I started reading your book today and it is soooo good. Down-to-earth, so relatable. I love how you define each tribe member's role!”
“This book will help women…I love the balance you have in the book, the humour, the honesty, the rawness and the positiveness of giving women a tribe, an ability to back themselves, to offer help to other sisters and to be the women, the person they want to be.”
“I was reading your book until the early hours of Sunday morning…. It’s so on point. I really think you have excelled.”
“I started reading your book last night and I absolutely love it! I’m not doing the worksheets yet as I can’t get to the next chapter quick enough. I feel like there’s so much I can gain out of this as will every other reader.”
“Thank you for taking the time with my child – he now understands the concept of self-esteem, and we are seeing him use the tools you introduced to him, to deal with parts of his every day”
“The powerful thing about Fiona's approach is the insight she brings to any conversation. She listens without judgement and asks questions that get right to the heart of things. She only asks a few questions but they're enough to get my mind thinking in a different way. I appreciate the perspective she brings to any situation. I feel comforted, cared for and grounded by her.”
“Fiona’s positivity and warmth is infectious. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to make a change in their life but doesn’t know where to start. “Having just walked out of a very stressful job and feeling very low at the time, I began weekly coaching sessions with Fiona over skype (I’m in the UK and this worked very well). “Through Fiona’s guidance ad unwavering encouragement, I was able to dig deep, re-energise, understand and focus on my strengths and then visualise what I wanted to achieve from my next job and how I would do this. Before I knew it, I had mapped out life and career goals. Something I had never done before. It felt great! “With a renewed sense of confidence and a career plan, I moved into my next job. Having set out my expectations in advance and knowing what success looked like I felt an exciting sense of empowerment. Quite a power shift from a few months prior when my spirit was beat and I felt lost. “I soon realised that job wasn’t going to take me where I wanted to go but instead of beating myself up about it, I was able to move on pretty quickly into one which is better suited to my goals and has bags of potential. I know there will still be ups and downs as I continue my journey, but I now have a renewed sense of strength and positivity, which I know will stand me in good stead.”
